Forget the usual eggs, scrambled or poached. At Mad About Sucre, we keep things absolutely free-flow, from the depth of fresh, seasonal ingredients taken from our festive pantry, to the delectable off-menu dishes created exclusively for this boisterous, once-a-year food spam by our chefs.
As usual, we use only the freshest premium ingredients, never with any additives, artificial flavours or MSG. It will be a hearty and wholesome meal, as we gladly pile food onto your plates until you cry out, no more!
