Over-Crisp of Pork Belly, Wild-Caught Prawns, Vine-Ripe Tomatoes, Aged Cheddar Cheese, Egg, Organic Greens, House-Blended Dressing of Egg, Tomatoes, Worcestershire Sauce, Lemon.

3rd Course
Festive Poultry Roll
Deboned Organic Chicken, Wrapped with Bacon and Stuffed with Foie Gras, Apple, Celery, Raisins and Chestnut.
Roast to a tender perfection, accompanied with a light red wine sauce stewed from the chicken bones.

Hand-mashed Potatoes
Fluffy and creamy yet earthy and flavoursome, perfect with your meat dishes.
